 The
Metropolitan Atlanta Astrological Society (M.A.A.S.) was established
in 1975 as an organization to bring people together to learn
about astrology and to share their views and techniques.
M.A.A.S. meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm
at Harobi House. At our meeting, we have a lecture or panel
discussion presented by a different speaker each month on a
wide variety of specialized subjects related to astrology.
The Society is open to everyone interested in astrology. Our
membership includes professionals, beginners, serious students
and those who are simply interested in astrology. |

| A visitor’s first visit to our monthly meeting is free (special events excluded.)
Subsequent visits are $10. |

| Annual membership is $50. These annual dues entitle
our members to the monthly meetings and lectures, the monthly
newsletters, access to our extensive library, a 25% discount
off the retail price of all items purchased through New Leaf
Distributors and discounted prices on a variety of classes,
workshops and special events. |

| Farewell to Frances C. McEvoy | |

Frances McEvoy, one of the most loyal, hard-working and earliest members of NCGR, President and mainstay of the Boston Chapter, former Editor of the Geocosmic News and national NCGR Board member, lost her two-year battle with cancer on December 10th, right on the Jupiter Pluto conjunction at the Galactic Center.
On Friday at NOON, Boston (EST) time, we are asking everyone in the International Astrology community, no matter where you are, what you're doing and what time zone you're in, to stop for a moment, thank Frances for her work and wish her well on her journey to the Galactic Center or wherever the Universe takes her.
